Help with the Tampa CIP app, and where to ask about a project.

Questions about a project

For questions about construction, detours, schedules or a project’s work near you, contact that project’s team. In the app, open the project and choose Contact. Each project’s website has its contact details too:

Using the app

I’m not getting alerts

Star the project, then tap the bell on its page so its notifications are on.
In the app, open Settings › Alert types and projects, and check the types of alert you want.
On your iPhone, open Settings › Notifications › Tampa CIP and make sure Allow Notifications is on.

I updated the app. Are my favorites still there?

Yes. When the app updates, your favorite projects, their notifications, your alert types and your appearance setting come with it.

Is there an Android app?

It’s coming soon. Until then, every project’s website has its alerts and updates.

A link opened the website instead of the app

Links to tampacip.app open in the app on an iPhone that has it. If one opens in Safari, tap Open in the banner at the top of the page, or update the app from the App Store.
